I want to manage or cancel my Prime subscription
You can manage your Prime subscription in settings in My Prime Account in MyTrips.
I want to delete my eDreams account
You can manage this process yourself in My Prime Account > Account & settings> Cancel online. (Note: You cannot have upcoming bookings or an active Prime membership to do that.)
I want to manage my booking
For anything related to your travelling plans, such as booking changes, cancellations, or refunds, the fastest way is to log in to Manage My Booking and chat with one of our customer service agents.
I want to update my payment information
You can easily update, add, or change the payment methods saved directly in your Prime account area. > Payment methods.
I didn't get my booking confirmation email

If you’ve followed the steps there but the email still hasn’t arrived, the most common reason is a typo in the email address entered during the booking process. In this case, you’ll need to request an email rectification. See how to do it in the next step.
